Constitution Firearms LLC is located in Aston PA. We do not have a storefront and have no firearms in stock, but soon you will be able to shop for your "Dream Gun" online at this website. Until then, I can order new and used firearms for you, receive, or transfer firearms in accordance with state and federal laws. I also buy firearms and take consignments, as well as provide online auction services.
My true passion, however, is searching for classic, historic, or collectible firearms that you have dreamt of having in your collection. Collectible firearms have proven to be a great investment and a lot of fun.

How to order and receive a firearm through Constitution Firearms:
1. Send me an email or call with the information about the firearm you desire. I'll send you a quote.

2. Place an order for a firearm through a distibutor or through an online auction site. Contact me via email or phone and direct me to fax my Federal Firearms License to your vendor if they don't already have one on file.
In either case, I will receive your firearm and complete the transfer process to you. The process will only take you about 30 minutes to complete the forms and run your name through the state's Instant Check System. I charge $50 for the transfer service but the paperwork charges are included in the quote for any firearm I order for you. Each additional firearm that is transferred to you on the same day is $10.

My heart goes out to the families of the victims of the shooting rampage in Newtown CT. I am also saddened that certain politicians have taken this tragic event to call for gun control measures that amount to making owning a firearm a crime.
